  • Ancient Greece by Karl Lagerfeld

    Maybe this was a modest show by Chanel standards but I really love it because every piece, every dress, every dettail was simple wonderful. Greece is an idea of elegance, classique, polish, sophisticate. The model were like gold goddesses, proud, heavenly, resplendent in white wide-legged jumpsuits in with lots of gold accessories: belts, braided headbands, necklaces. Chanel’s Cruise 2018 was a magic show, the modernity of antiquity we can say, Karl trasformed The Grand Palais of Paris into a scene inspired by Ancient Greece. I remembered that I saw the same vibes three years ago by Dolce&Gabbana.  I found this collection overwhelming, what do you think?
